What:  Superior Grape Juice with the complexity of wine - choose from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz

Process: Using a technology named Thermo Flash, the juice extraction process involves bursting of the red skins and seed cells , thus releasing the colour pigmentation, which is high in phytochemicals, directly into the juice. This enables the juice to be alcohol-free, extracted without needing to go through fermentation process, as well as excluding the use of powdered dye to give it the natural redness in colour.

Taste: Sweet, and very much better when chilled.   The lusciousness of the flavour is obtained naturally from the glucose and fructose extracted from the grapes.

Benefits: Antioxidants found in red grape skins helps to lower bad cholesterol and elevate good cholesterol in the body (in layman's terms). Resveratrol also helps in promoting cardiovascular health and slow down ageing process. In addition, this aids in fighting cancer and other diseases.

When:  As there is no alcoholic content, feel free to consume this drink anytime of the day - paired with meals, on its own, or simply to battle the heaty weather.

Flavours reminiscent of blackberry and ripe plum enhanced with oak in INAH.

Flavours reminiscent of strawberry and blackcurrant  in INAH.

Shiraz

 Flavours reminiscent of berries and fruits in INAH. But I personally thought this would be nicer with     the usual piercing, spicier notes that is distinctive of Shiraz.
