Kitchen Language is the F&B arm of Far East Organization, managing many good restaurants you've probably visited before (and love) - Dean & Deluca, The Pelican, Bedrock Bar & Grill, Kinki Bar, Oriole Cafe, Fat Cow and Marmalade Pantry etc.
We were very delighted to have used their catering services and ordered their festive buffet for a party function, where good food, fresh ingredients and creativity came together to please the palate of all attendees. They have Menu A and Menu B for their festive buffet, consisting of different items.
We went for Menu B, at SGD$45.00 per pax. Set-up was quick and efficient; and the buffet stations looked good.
Starters included a Cheese and Cured Tomato Salad, Marinated Mushrooms, Mesclun Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette and Saffron Potato Salad.
For mains, some of my favorite comprised Chardonnay Sous Vide Turkey Breast, Pan-seared Salmon Fillet, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, Angus Ribeye and Apricot Glazed Gammon Ham.
For desserts, I enjoyed the Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake and Lemon Tart.
Overall, the Christmas feast was very sumptuous and delightful; a smorgasbord of delicacies containing all the essentials of Yuletide. Thank you Kitchen Language Catering for the superb quality food!
