Magic, malice or misrepresentation,
Don't quote (religious) teachings,
As though they were your own
Beliefs and practice wholeheartedly.
Quote not, judge not, pretend not,
Lie when it works to your advantage,
Yet act holier than thou,
When catching someone doing the same.
Quote not, judge not, pretend not,
Selecting what you like to do,
Citing religious dos and dont's,
Only to abandon when you fancy.
Evil, errors or expectations,
Dont use (religious) as your shield
Against the wrongdoings you yearn,
Choosing to pray only when life is down.
